| KOLVANE will host its annual Fan Appreciation Party on Saturday January 23, 2010 at the Trail's End Saloon. This party is one of the band's ways of thanking its fans for their support throughout the year. Admission is FREE for Kolvane Honorary Members. To register as an Honorary Member to receive a special ticket by mail, simply click the JOIN Link on this website and follow the prompt. WHEN IS THE PARTY? So, you can select the shows that you want to know about at anytime by typing your email address into the link above. We try to keep the email and postal correspondence to a minimum, while keeping you informed. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CONTACT INFO? Kolvane only uses your contact information for band-related purposes. We don't lend, trade or sell your info. CAN I STILL COME TO THE PARTY IF I'M NOT A MEMBER? Yes! For folk who do not wish to be Honorary Members, we've slashed the ticket price to $5. WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?! All audience members of the Fan Appreciation Party are eligible for the prize drawings. We'll have drawings for lots of yummy things. IS THERE A DEADLINE? We suggest becoming an Honorary Member by Noon on January 20th for timely delivery of your ticket. After that, we'll do the best we can, but can't make any promises. ANYTHING ELSE? We're an independent band that appreciates and relies on the regular support of our fans. So, only original tickets can be accepted. For anything else we've missed, good common sense applies: no refunds, no exchanges in dates, admission subject to club restrictions/capacity, one ticket to each mailing address, one ticket per person and anything else that seems reasonable.
